Extended Processing — 22 Business Days

Processing times listed above apply to most styles. For new arrivals, limited-edition, or special pieces, processing time may vary — please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate estimate.

Orders Containing Multiple Collections
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and prepared-after-purchase pieces, all items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready. This ensures you receive everything in one complete package.

Once a shipping label has been generated for your order, it can no longer be cancelled — even if tracking information has not yet been updated. Orders may be cancelled before a shipping label is generated.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times refer to the shipping transit time after an order has been dispatched.

Under normal conditions, most orders are delivered within approximately 7–12 business days after shipment.

Please note that total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. Therefore, all delivery times are estimates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For most destinations, import duties and taxes are included in the shipping process. In most cases, no additional fees are required upon delivery.

However, customs policies vary by country, and in rare cases local authorities may apply additional duties or processing fees. Lume de Angel has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any fees imposed by customs authorities.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance processes
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Local delivery issues

These circumstances may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the customer requests reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply
  • If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Lume de Angel is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
